The OT301 has been squatted (1999) and bought (2006) by a diverse, international community that is united in an association called EHBK. We run this alternative, not-for-profit platform as a collective, in which housing, workspaces and public functions are combined to contribute to the arts, politics and subculture.

Join our team and help keep the vibe safe and underground! We’re looking for reliable people to handle our door.

The mission: 
Welcoming guests, checking ID’s/tickets, and managing the entrance.

Applying house rules: 
No drugs, no violence, and no noise for neighbors.

Times:
Evening and night shifts, mostly weekends.
Weekdays until 01:00 / Weekends until 03:00

Values: 
Supporting our diverse, respectful, and DIY community.

The reward: 
Volunteer fee, paid out monthly.
