In June we will be hosting a Summer Klein Technique™ intensive.
Klein Technique™ is a technique for movement functionality and deep connection through the body. We will work over two days going into the practice and principles of Klein Technique™ working on grounding and reeducating our movement by working at the level of the bone.
If you have never tried the work and want to immerse yourself then this is a great opportunity. And if you have been practicing for a while and want to deepen your practice and understanding of the work in person and hands on, then this is great for that too.
