Klein Technique™ is a body alignment technique for anyone who wants to gain more stability, mobility and ease of function in their body. We work to connect the deepest, densest tissue of the body, the bone. And in doing so create lasting changes to the way that the force of gravity is transferred. This work has helped me in the healing of injury, improvements of coordination and overall support in dancing and moving in the world.
WHEN: Classes start on September 9th and will continue until the end of October. MONDAYS From 18.00-19.30 and THURSDAYS from 9.30-11.00
Please come at least 5 mins early so we can start on time.
Please bring something comfortable to wear that you can move in. And bring something warm in case the studio is cold and we are laying on the floor.
The work is open to all bodies and levels of movement experience (or lack thereof).

WHO: Tiana Hemlock-Yensen is a dancer, choreographer, teacher, poet, healing practitioner. They work with and through the body as a concrete and material unknown in which we can come to understand things about ourselves and the world. Tiana is a certified Klein Technique™ teacher and has been studying closely with Susan T. Klein since 2009. They are a graduate of S.N.D.O. (2016), a teacher at S.N.D.O since 2017, and an avid pedagogue. Tiana has been dancing professionally and making performance since 2010 in NYC.

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
