What to expect:
A group for kids to build creative expression and self-esteem using theatre techniques like improvisation, vocal and physical warm ups, acting games, learning text and working with props. Each block of sessions leads up to an informal show for parents and friends.
Attention is given to both individual work and group activities, and we encourage an awareness of the body and the space around us. We strive to allow every child to feel welcome and included, without any pressure to do anything they may not be ready to do. The sessions are in English and it's important that your child understands enough to feel comfortable.
We work in an actively inclusive, LGBT+ family friendly environment where all nationalities and cultural backgrounds are welcome. Unfortunately our studio is not currently accessible for wheelchair users, but together with other members of our building, we are working on finding a long term solution for this.
