A warm welcome to Ferment/salt/brew, a series of workshops run by Maria Paris and Megan Hadfield. Together we will use organic processes to inform poetry writing as a collective practice by looking at the transformative methods of food preservation. For this session we will use fermentation as a metaphor to produce a piece of experimental writing.
Learning from food preservation as a slow, time-based process, we look for a slow approach to writing, centered around the principles of entanglement rather than production.
We ask for a symbolic contribution for snacks.
